Our body is made up of the food we eat and assimilate. As per Ayurveda, our daily diet should contain all six tastes as each of them plays a vital role in our physiology, health and well-being. Learn ways to make wise food choices by incorporating all the six tastes in our diet to promote healthy living.

Join Sapna Punjabi-Gupta,MS, RDN, LD, CSP, founder of Naivedhya, Registered Dietitian and Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner in a four part lecture series in August discovering the timeless Ayurvedic wisdom. Sapna will share easy and practical ayurvedic tools that can be incorporated in everyday modern life to strengthen our body, mind and spirit. She will help you discover new ways to allow our bodies’ own natural healing mechanisms to work to their fullest potential.

Each lecture will include giveaways, food-tasting, tea, as appropriate to the lecture topic. Participants who attend all four lectures will be entered for a drawing of a FREE spice box (valued $50) filled with healing spices by Naivedhya.
