Kindness Begins From Within: Introduction to Harnessing the Subtle Energies of Your Bodyat Crow Collection of Asian Art
The art of kindness begins with building an intimate relationship to our true self— from the physical to the spiritual. There’s an intelligence within our whole system that somehow orchestrates everything beautifully so that we can adapt to everyday stress and move through life optimally. This intelligence can be broken down in seven levels in the Indian yogic tradition, known as the Chakra system. This is a experiential workshop where Lynn will offer an introduction to the Chakra system through movement and meditation.
Bio: Lynn Tran is a registered yoga/meditation instructor with 14 years of experience. As a candidate for Doctor of Chiropractic at Parker University, Lynn regularly leads public workshops on mindfulness and healthy living throughout the Dallas Metroplex area, and teaches regularly at the Dallas Yoga Center. Lynn believes that each person has greater potential than they consciously realize to move through life, so she is dedicated to empowering lives through healing arts in chiropractic, yoga and meditation.
