Sapna Punjabi-Gupta, owner and director of Naivedhya will continue her seasonal Ayurvedic series called Spring Awakenings with Ayurveda through the month of April. Sapna is a Registered Dietitian and an Ayurvedic Practitioner and integrates the principles of Ayurveda along with western evidence based science in easy and practical ways to create and maintain a harmonious lifestyle. Each lecture will include tea/food sampling as appropriate to the topic.
