Join Denette Mann, M.Ed., LPC-S, RPT for a guided 20 minute meditation to unplug from the stress and strain of daily life and learn how to incorporate more self-care into your routine. Learn about mindfulness and the practice of self-compassion. Please dress comfortably. Chairs and cushions are supplied.
