Crow Collection Wellness Advisor Sapna Punjabi-Gupta presents a four-week series offering ancient practices relevant for the modern times. In this series, Sapna will introduce the art of daily healing through Dinacharya or Ayurvedic daily routines. Dinacharya is noticing the rhythms of our body and acting with awareness to maintain balance. It has many lasting benefits and offers a great way to power up one’s day. Join Sapna as she shares simple Ayurvedic daily self-care practices through food, exercise, mantra, and meditation to help establish balance and bring radical changes in our body, mind, and consciousness.

The Art of Aligning Internal Bio-Rhythms with Rhythms of Nature

Ayurveda sees everything in the universe, including human beings, as composed of five great elements—space, air, fire, water, and earth—which combine to give rise to three bio-physical forces (doshas) that are present in everybody and everything. Learn about the natural rhythms of the elements and the doshas in the environment, and use the awareness to align one’s own physiology and mindfulness. DON’T miss this first lecture of the series.

These four lectures will focus on various aspects of self-care practices by helping people understand the Ayurvedic daily clock. Each lecture will include handouts, tea sampling, food tasting, chanting, breathing techniques, and meditation practice as appropriate.

Sapna Punjabi-Gupta, MS, RDN, LD, AP is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Ayurvedic Practitioner, and Culinary Wellness Expert. Sapna combines her Indian roots and her American education and expertise to inspire and educate others to cultivate a journey of wellness. She emphasizes mindful eating, the healing power of food and spices, and several Ayurvedic practices as strategies to improve one’s overall health and wellbeing. She is the creative force behind her company, Naivedhya, conducts wellness workshops and interactive cooking classes, and also offers a line of heirloom spice products.
