A home kitchen can be an extremely valuable resource for family’s health and nourishment. Learn natural preventative and therapeutic properties of every day kitchen herbs, spices and other items commonly found in a home to make easy home remedies.

Join Sapna Punjabi-Gupta,MS, RDN, LD, CSP, founder of Naivedhya, Registered Dietitian and Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner in a four part lecture series in August discovering the timeless Ayurvedic wisdom. She will help you discover new ways to allow our bodies’ own natural healing mechanisms to work to their fullest potential.

Each lecture will include giveaways, food-tasting, tea, as appropriate to the lecture topic. Participants who attend all four lectures will be entered for a drawing of a FREE spice box (valued $50) filled with healing spices by Naivedhya.
