Beauty is more than skin deep

Ayurveda teaches us that balance is the key to good health and youthful beauty. Discover the relationship of skin and digestion, importance of sleep and emotions, the best food and herbs for radiant and healthy skin, and tips to maintain naturally glowing skin. Learn an easy and practical two-pronged approach to Ayurvedic beauty – external and internal routines to love the skin you’re in and how to bring out your best and be the best. Participants will learn how to make products found in the home to incorporate in their daily beauty routines and home spa treatments.

Handout, Tea sampling, food tasting, and door prize are included.

Ayurveda is a one of the world’s oldest systems of natural healing and practiced continuously for more than 5000 years with its origins in the Vedic Cultures of India. Ayurveda means the knowledge or science of life (Ayuh means life and Veda means knowledge). It offers a profound understanding of each person’s unique body, mind, and consciousness, which is the foundation of health and happiness.
