Ayurveda is a one of the world’s oldest systems of natural healing and practiced continuously for more than 5000 years with its origins in the Vedic Cultures of India. Ayurveda means the knowledge or science of life (Ayuh means life and Veda means knowledge). It offers a profound understanding of each person’s unique body, mind, and consciousness, which is the foundation of health and happiness.
