  • Seated, plated dinner: 250 persons
  • Seated, buffet dinner: 250 persons
  • Cocktail reception: 300 persons

Food and Drink

Event hosts may serve red wine, white wine, champagne, beer, liquor, soft drinks, and sparkling water. Tomato juice is prohibited in the museum. The Crow Collection has a list of approved caterers.

Parking

The event sponsor is responsible for parking accommodations unless arrangements are made with the Special Events Coordinator.

  • Parking is available in Trammell Crow Center garage for $3 a car.
  • If there are 250 guests or more, a parking attendant will be required for the cost of $200 per event, plus $3 a car.

Miscellaneous Information

Open flames such as sterno cans and candles, as well as plants, helium balloons, and smoking are prohibited within the museum, but all are permissible on the plaza.
