The museum is available to the general public for hosting private functions. Please call (214) 979-6437 for pricing information.

Planning the Event

The Crow Collection of Asian Art is available for private events after 6:00 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings.

Blackout dates

Tuesdays
Thursdays
Easter Sunday
Memorial Day
July 4th
Labor Day
Thanksgiving weekend (Thursday through Sunday)
December 24–January 1

Events may be hosted in Gallery II, Gallery III & Trammell Crow Center Plaza. Food and drinks are not allowed in any other space, including Gallery I and the Mezzanine (depending on the exhibition), though guests may tour these spaces freely.
