Your event becomes a masterpiece at the Crow Collection, a stunning jewel in the downtown Arts District. Delight your guests in a serene, intimate environment featuring precious jade objects, delicate scrolls and distinctive architectural features. In addition to these dramatic gallery interiors, the beautiful outdoor gardens and sculpture of the Trammell Crow Center plaza are available. We promise to provide you with personalized service and the utmost attention to every detail.

Who May Host an Event

The museum is available to the general public for hosting private functions. Please call (214) 979-6437 for pricing information. Friends of The Crow Collection at the Bronze Circle or higher receive a one-time complimentary use of the museum.

Planning the Event

The Crow Collection of Asian Art is available for private events after 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings.

Events may be hosted in Gallery II, Gallery III & Trammell Crow Center Plaza. Food and drinks are not allowed in any other space, including Gallery I and the Mezzanine (depending on the exhibition), though guests may tour these spaces freely.
