The Crow Collection of Asian Art provides limited Transit Scholarships of up-to $200 for tuition-free DFW-area school groups meeting the following criteria:

•Group must have a minimum of 45 students.
•Group must be a tuition-free DFW-area school or afterschool program.
•Group must experience the Crow Collection through a guided tour.
•Tours must be requested a minimum of 3 weeks in advance through the Crow Collection’s website.

Please Note: Schools qualify for one Transit Scholarship per academic year. Afterschool programs qualify for one Transit Scholarship per academic year.

Scholarships are awarded on a first come, first served basis for the following transportation methods:
•School Bus
•Chartered Vehicles

The Crow Collection does not reimburse individual teachers. The Crow Collection only pays school districts or vehicle charter/ rental companies directly for the cost of transportation.

Classroom teachers and community educators must ensure the Crow Collection receives an invoice on institutional letterhead for up-to $200 of the cost of the bus within 3 weeks following the group visit.

Invoices must be emailed to education@crowcollection.org with subject line “Transit Scholarship Invoice.”

The Crow Collection highly advises any school seeking a Transit Scholarship to book a tour a minimum of one month in advance. Notification will be sent within two weeks of receipt of application submission.
