Join Dana as she explains the scientifically proven benefits of “laughing for no reason.” Experience the positive effects of laughter exercises combined with simple yogic breathing practices and gentle stretching: increased energy, decreased stress and a greater sense of well-being.
Dana finds joy in spreading the life-giving practice of Laughter Yoga, and brings a warmhearted and encouraging atmosphere to her classes and workshops. She is a certified Laughter Yoga leader and a certified Hatha Yoga instructor, registered with Yoga Alliance. She trained at Yoga at the Lotus Room, Inc. in Tampa FL; the LifeForce Yoga Healing Institute in Tucson, AZ; and recently completed the “Therapeutic Yoga for Seniors” professional training at Duke Integrative Medicine in Durham, NC.
