Breathe: Art and Wellness Workshop – Octoberat Crow Museum of Asian Art + Pearl Art Studio • Free for Veterans
Now in its third year, the Breathe program invites local veterans to gather for monthly workshops centered around the practices of Qigong and art-making. Inspired by the arts of Asia, participants explore creative practices that welcome expression and reflection.
The Crow Museum is proud to partner with SimplyAware to offer quality Qigong training for each workshop. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, the practice of Qigong involves simple movement to improve breathing, posture, and mental focus. Logistics: Register in advance to receive a free Breathe T-shirt at the end of the first workshop you attend! For parking instructions, click here. The Crow Museum will validate for parking in the Trammell Crow Center Parking Garage so be sure to bring your parking ticket with you. Upon arrival, please meet at the museum front desk. Lunch will be provided for all participants.
