One of the biggest myths to sustainable change is that it is a linear process. “Step 1, I do this. Step 2, I do that. Step 3, I accomplish this.” When it doesn’t happen this way, we resort back to our old patterns, either left with a feeling of being defeated, energetically and emotionally depleted— or worse, thinking that something must be “wrong” with ourselves. The fact behind change is that it is not linear because each one of our lives are painted with a beautiful array of colorful experiences that shape who we are today. This workshop is focused on breaking this myth and to empower you with tools to navigate your journey as you make the twists and turns towards healing and change.
Lynn Tran is a registered yoga/meditation instructor with 14 years of experience. As a candidate for Doctor of Chiropractic at Parker University, Lynn regularly leads public workshops on mindfulness and healthy living throughout the Dallas Metroplex area, and teaches at the Dallas Yoga Center. Lynn believes that each person has greater potential than they consciously realize to move through life, and is dedicated to empowering lives through healing arts in chiropractic, yoga, and meditation.
