No matter the skin type, excess heat and lack of self-care can cause imbalance both internally and externally. In this lecture, you will learn:
- Your skin type from an Ayurvedic perspective
- Discover foods, spices, herbs and essential oils to help soothe during the summertime
- Learn to make common skincare recipes from ingredients found in your kitchen, such as a moisturizer, face scrub, and summer soothing face mask
This informative session will include door prizes, food sampling, and a demo on preparing soothing skincare recipes. Due to popular demand registration is necessary. Free two-hour parking validation for Friends of the Crow Collection, please bring your parking ticket to the class.
