Erika Ramelli is a certified stress management coach, Pranic Healer, and the Founder of Better Humans LLC . She has lectured all over the world and believes in achieving physical and emotional balance through non-invasive mental, nutritional, business, and alternative techniques.
Sapna Punjabi-Gupta, MS, RDN, LD, is a Clinical Dietitian and Vegetarian Lifestyle Facilitator and Coordinator for the state of Texas for Vegetarian Nutrition Dietetic Practice Group. She combines her formal education in Western and Ayurvedic nutrition with the practical knowledge and experience gained from her mother and guru about the power of food on all five senses.
