Sleep Time Routine – The Ayurvedic Way

Sound sleep is one of the key pillars that support our optimal health and wellness. Ayurveda, the timeless art of living, offers us simple and practical approaches to balance our sleep patterns. Join Sapna Punjabi-Gupta, registered dietitian and ayurvedic wellness expert, as she shares the Ayurvedic bedtime rituals and adjustments to diet, exercise, and lifestyle strategies to support sound sleep cycles.

This interactive lecture includes a tasting of a classic bed-time drink suggested in Ayurveda for a restful sleep. Sapna will also demonstrate simple mama points for relaxing and easing into bedtime.
