Important Information about COVID-19

Thank you for your support and care of the Crow Museum of Asian Art of The University of Texas at Dallas. The health and welfare of our visitors, guests, and staff are always our top priority. Along with our fellow Arts District friends, we are closely monitoring the newest and most accurate information and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control, the City of Dallas, and the Dallas County Health and Human Services.

The Crow Museum of Asian Art will continue to remain open to the public during its regular business hours, Tuesday through Sunday from 11 am to 5 pm. We are taking extra precautions to ensure and maintain a safe and clean environment. Hand sanitizers are available for visitors at the front desk and in the Lotus Shop, and public areas including high-traffic areas such as restrooms are being cleaned and disinfected multiple times a day.

While the exhibition galleries and Lotus Shop will stay open, all other public events and programs including school and guided tours will be cancelled through April 2. We will update you when we have new dates for previously scheduled programs and tours.

Crow staff members are following the personal care guidelines established by the CDC and The University of Texas at Dallas protocol regarding domestic and international travel, minimization of exposure risks, and self-monitoring in order to ensure a safe working environment for employees and visitors.

Thank you again for your understanding, and for helping to make the Crow Museum a valuable cultural centerpiece of the city.
